Here is the schedule for specials:
A day - Library 8:40-9:10
B day - Technology 9:15-9:45
C day - Gym 8:40-9:10
D day - Art 9:10-9:40
E day - Music (in class) 10:00-10:30
F day - Gym 8:40-9:10 |

Homework will be sent home on most Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Some students will be assigned spelling words each week for a quiz on Friday.
And, as always, read, read, and oh yeah, don't forget to read! |

Progress reports are sent home every ten weeks in conjunction with report cards. They have information relating meeting the students' stated goals and objectives. Each student will assessed annually in preparation for his/her annual review meeting. The Woodcock Johnson III and Key Math Revised Acheivement Tests are used for this. |

There are only a couple of supplies that your child will need for this class. I am asking that you send your child in with a healthy snack every day. We will take a break at about 10:30 and I have found that it is very hard for children to focus when they are hungry!
I am also asking that every child subscribes to the Scholastic News magazine. I will send more information home with your child. |
